Return policy and terms of sale

Any bike sold is guaranteed to function correctly. The bike may be brought into the shop up to 14 days after the sale for free adjustments or a full refund may be offered if you are not satisfied with the bike. Parts sold can be returned if and only if returned in the same condition sold with no additional wear, damage or signs of usage.
Service requested by customers on their own bikes is given a concise estimate of costs upon request. Estimates given will attempt to accurately ascertain final cost of the service but final cost may differ once service is complete. At service completion an itemized receipt of service performed and parts used will be given.
