		<description>You caught me slacking! You&#039;re right, those aren&#039;t presta valves, they&#039;re Dunlop/Woods valves. They&#039;re quite rare in North American; I&#039;ve seen only one or two in person before.

Not all of these are Presta valves. The valves on the right and left are the ones that were almost universal in the Netherlands, where I grew up. They use a short piece of latex tube to make a seal and they&#039;re durable and easy to repair. I don&#039;t know what these are called in English. We called the Presta valves French valves.</description>
